Gear-Insomnia-Phenibut
Gear gives me some really wicked insomnia. I tried Phenibut, It worked really well for about 2 weeks then I had to take more and more and more.....
What works good for sleep or what could I take with phenibut so I don't build up a resistance to it?? |

you should try melatonin if that don't work man its really good stuff and i have serious insomnis with or without gear. you can get it from wal mart or any health store just about and really cheap.

Melatonin, GABA, Benadril and Ketotifen. They all work, you need to go easy, find the dose that works OK and switch off between substances. Also avoid PM Caffeine or other stims (duh) and get some PM cardio in even if it's 20mins. Another tip is to take the sleep aids at least 90min before you want to go to sleep so you can get up the next day.

Also for me an AI helps. I think the water retention increases my BP, which disrupts my sleep. This helps unless I am using tren,,,,then I just dont sleep well.

Heheh - tren - yeah cuz the dream where you rip the head off of a close friend and start feasting on their blood just seems a little to real ;-)
