If I do cardio PWO it is low intensity Active Recovery Cardio., Enough to elevate the BP to move the nutrients at a faster rate.. |

Yep, Big Mike said it all. I would never do peanut butter in a pwo shake unless I had to. But I do use PB in all my regular weight gainer shakes that take the place of a meal.
There are different approaches, but a lot of people make the mistake of not calculating the pwo shake into the daily intake of your macronutrients, just because it is a 'pwo shake' and not a meal. ALL calories, grams of protein, fats, and carbs must be accounted for, not just the 'meals'. |

MY pwo consist of a 30 gram blend from true protien
Hydrolyzed Casein 25% PeptoPro (Hydrolyzed Caseinate) 40% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade 20% L-Leucine by the Pound 5% Branch Chain Amino Acids INSTANTIZED (BCAA's) 10% Also 50g WMS 3g CEE 2g argine 4g taurine 3g Citrulline Malate |

Post workout i make a shake with waxi maixe, 15 grams BCAAs, 5 grams creatine and 10 grams glutamine. 15-20 mins. later i have 50 grams whey isolate and 1 hour after that i have my solid meal. I hope this helps.
