Its pretty much just 250mg of TUDCA(Tauroursodeoxycholic acid). Supposedly it helps your body remove bile, and thus preventing liver damage from oral steroids. There are some studies that support this claim. Personally I think its a great product for liver care, especially when using oral steroids. Use this in conjunction with NAC and r-ALA and think your liver will be very greatful.
