17 HD and NO2 question
hey guys i'm stacking 17 HD and NO2 at the moment. my goal is to add as much lean muscle as i can before i leave for boot camp next june. i've had a hard time gaining weight short of using AAS and i'm trying to refrain from that now because of the sides. any comments on these supplements or any help on diets would be greatly appreciated.
thanks guys |

normal day is oatmeal breakfast with a banana. protien shake after my workout, a huge supper and usually two to three sandwiches right before bed. i'm not sure if you need a better breakdown of it just let me know if you do.
thanks |

1) what are your stats
2) that is probably not enough food for you unless you are very small. 3) NO2 aka the AAKG based products do nothing more than create an aesthetically full look, temporarilly. You would be better off buying tons of quality protein, creatine, taurine, and beta-alanine. |

A better breakdown would tell us more, but just looking at what you have there, Im guessing youre getting maybe half as much protein as you should be...

hey guys appreciate the help. i'm 24 years old and 155 lbs and 5'11. my diet is probably my weakest point. i'm not positive about my body fat if i had to guess i would say 10% max. if anyone could help with a diet it would be greatly appreciated. i wish i could give yal more details but i don't have a strict diet just a solid workout routine and need some help. any advice would be appreciated.
thanks |
