blood pressure meds

How many of you guys are on blood pressure meds to combat high blood pressure? If so, what are you on?

I am on VALSARTAN 160mg tabs. I take one a day. I got them from my doctor at the VA hospital. I also blend celery juice in a blender and drink it. It really works. Check your b/p and then drink fresh blended celery juice and check your b/p about one hour later. Depending on whatever steroid I was on or the weight lifting would spike my b/p. I actually got nose bleeds. since I am on this medication also natural remedies such as celery juice and others I haven't got a nose bleed or been dizzy ect.

Avalide works pretty well for me. It also provides some kidney protection, per my doctor.

well i've had high BP for years and i'm on 3 different meds .200 mcg's clonidine/avalide300/25 hct @7:00am.....clonidine.200 @ 3:00 pm then clonidine.200mcg's/norvasc @ 11:00 pm b4 bed.yep 3x ed off cycle ! on i have to add more clonidine 4x ed as well as drink lots of water and take whatever supp or vegatable that will help ! EQ/deca is the worst on my bp.

Yes, blend fresh celery I have a juicer however a blender will work, celery is ninety percent water and it will juice up.

I take a generic combo pill 20mg of an ACE inhibitor and 5 mgs of Calcium Channel Blocker per day and it works great for me.

I take Inderal LA 80 mg time release and a 5mg calcium blocker and I feel great. I've had HBP for over 10 years and I'm 42.
