Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have ever ordered your protein custom mixed from trueprotein.com, and if so what combinations worked/tasted good for you and your goals... I see all kinds of combos to add, especially in the flavors and sweeteners, I am trying buy wpi in bulk so its cheap, but i want it to taste somewhat good. also, what are some good flavors to try? let me know, thanks!

TrueProtein is incredible. The company is made up of a great team of people. I think all the chocolate flavors are excellent. I would not add any sweetner at all. Get your mix and if you want it sweeter, add some splenda when you mix.
As for the exact mixture, the formulation depends on what you need to accomplish. You can make a meal replacement, a full carb drink, a complete protein drink.
I use a mixture of the proteins with just a small amount of carbs, creatine, vitamins and minerals, digestive enzymes, glutamine and flavoring. I also order the simple free plastic bag instead of the jar and scoop.

X4 for me. absolutely great company. The lime ade flovor system can mask ANY bitterness or tartness in some of the products. We all know that bcaas and other products can have a funky flavor by themselves.
