Hey guys whats the best Creatine based supplement out there in your opinion?? Not a Nitric oxide booster though so no, NO XPLODE or VPX Shotgun type stuff.

I tried Twinlab's creatine but I ended up retaining too much water. Not sure it was a bad choice or not. I haven't taken any other.

Yeah size on is pretty good. Creatine mono micronized if you have a tight budget. I think I have it for as low as 12 dollars for a months supply. But Micronized mono is a much better grain. You will notice the difference right away when you open the container.

lately i've been using the Cee which works really well for me.

CREATINE P/12 from the protein factory was what i had been using before (great product). i really liked this product -- it blew away monohydrate IMO

I didnt see any results from CEE but I know people react differently to it. I am using Sci-Fit Kre-Alkalyn and seems to be working for me.
