try Virtago(post w-out creatine) gets in the body quicker than any other creatine. Take it from me, this is great if you train like a f-----g animal like myself.

I only buy the cheap stuff b/c I dont have a supplement contract or alot of money to spend on creatine.

I buy Ultimate Nutrition usually.

aragorn, what is the carb content? or is there one even present? the reason why i am inquiring is in the hypothetical situation that one is employing a ketogenic diet, would this be an acceptable product to use? In order to stay in ketosis, you must stay under 50g of carbs a day, but you get carbs indirectly from your protein and fat sources... so every gram of carbs has to be accounted for.

I'm using Kre-Alkalyn and like it alot. It's the only creatine I can use. All other kinds give me very bad spells of nausea.

wow, yeah i was afraid of that, most of these new creatines are stacked with carbs for their transport system. thanks for the facts aragorn.

I concur with big Mike and team orbit...monohydrate all the way. I can buy 2 300gram containers for mid twenties (I think thats what I paid), and they wrap it with a free t shirt. none of the other creatine products work the same.
