Info on Egg Whites/ Protein

I just ordered 2 gallons and the pump attachment. I will use it for breakfast and at night for the prolonged anti-catabolic effect.

If you figure it out, they are so damn cheap compared to egg beaters, I got to get some....

do the liquid egg whites have a strong taste to them? in other words if i mix it with my protein shake will the shake mask the taste? I can't stand the taste of eggs

I tried Egg whites International., and they mixed well and there was no taste. I was very impressed with them.

Are you talking about these or just using raw egg whites though?
