New board member needs help
I am new to the board, although have been reading it avidly for the last three months, researching AS. Here's my story.....I am 6' 2" and right at 300lbs. I have a 42 inch waist and a 56 inch chest. My body fat is at 28%. I have been lifting on and off for 17 years....maybe more..........I look great at 265. I have been consdidering using "gear" for a little while. I work out 3-4 times a week doing Cardio for 1 hour and then lifting. DOing chest and biceps one day, back ,shoulders, lats, triceps another and legs.....if I make my fourth day I go cicuit or high rep chest and arms. I always do abs.
I have read alot and talked to several buds that are veteran "gear" users and even did a 45 day cycle of anavar 12 years ago while playing football. I know moost of you will say work out more and do daily cardio. I am trying to do this but have 3 kids at home. I used to be in good shape but the kids have got me tied down where I am less active personally. Anyway.............I am thinking of doing the T3/clen combo and have the necessary gear to do it. I am also getting other things. What is your advice.............without slaughtering me...........I want more education but was thinking of doing the above and seeing how it helps......the nmaybe this 1-10 weeks 500mg Test E 1-8 weeks deca 400mg 6-10 weeks winny 50mg tabs EOD Ending of course with Clomid for the 2-3 weeks 10 days after last pin...............got any ideas? Winny best used by people that are already lean to give them that chiselled out of granite look. With your bf %, wouldn't expect it would do much for you.
At 300 lbs. and excercising 3 to 4 times a week as for 1 hour + each time, your problem is much more diet related than gear related. Cut the carbs, especially the simple processed carbs and you are taking a big step in the right direction. The rest of the gear can help you keep the muscle while you are dieting, so it does have some benefit. I would change your cardio routine to after you lift except for maybe 5 or 10 minutes before to help you warm up. Cardio before tends to take away your intensity. Cardio after tends to boost your recovery. Disclaimer: I spent most of my adult life at 165lbs so my knowledge of being 300 lbs is definately learned through reading rather than through personal experience. Good luck |

Thanks cornfed............I appreciate the reply. I might add that reading this board has proven to be a wealth of information.......valuable at that and it really seems like everyone is educated and willing to educate those of us that are not so experienced!
