HI everyone,
I am a slob...I work out quite a bit but my diet is messed up...but im trying to up my protien...and loose the fat. Heres where I stand. Im 6ft 205 pounds at this wieght in the pictures. Its obvious I need to loose weight..but my issue is this: When I go down to 195ish..I look thin and skinny because of my arms are long and thin. I need to bulk up my arms in order to fit my frame. What do I really need to do here...please be honest. I can take it ![]() Thanks for your support. Ps...im 32years old...if that helps in the effort to change my body ![]() |

With any of my clients I usually get them to drop to 12% body fat before bulking. I preferably taken them to the 8% mark and then do lean bulking while they keep their abs full time.
Lose the fat! Yes your arms get skinny, but it's because they have a layer of fat on them! |

thanks
thanks,
Im at 45 minutes of cardio before breakfast every day at this point. I am working with heavy weights and keeping my protein high throughout the day. Should I only focus on losing the weight first? Or should I still be hitting high protien and weights along with strict cardio? Thanks |

Looking at your pics, you certainly have great potential. What you want to lose is body fat and gain muscle. This requires a carefully planned diet, intense regular workouts, enough sleep, stress reduction along with testosterone and growth hormone increases. It would take pages to explain each, but check the popular muscle mags and any body building health books --

I think you have a nice base from what I can see in the pictures. Alot needs to be done but if your body looks like that with little to no working out and bad eating, then there is alot that can be done IMHO.
I am guilty of always neglecting my bi's... I like big arms and many a years ago I read about tri's and hehe.. well most of your arm is your tri and thats what I have always hit. It works wonders, as I can't fit my arms into most of the dress shirts that fit in most other places. So my advice about arm issues is to hit your tri's VERY hard but unlike me :P don't neglet your bi's hehe. |

NewMuscle, I think your body looks great!! That's the look I'm shooting for. Especially the pic on the left. I like the bulky look, muscles under pading. Kinda like a football player or a pro-wrestler.
