Hard times..

whats up guys. just moved a couple months ago and been away form the board awhile. tryin to concentrate on my new job but my diet has been out of whack lately. Im hungry but have no desire to eat. I dont know wether its from stress on the job or what but i need to get things back to normal. Anyone have any problem like this before? Im finding that im having to force myself to eat and drink cause i have no desire to. Any advice would be appreciated.

My advice would be to eat when you feel hungry for now. If you continue to stress your body through working out, and your job your appetite will eventually kick in, and you'll be eating pretty regular again.

When you first move there are a ton of pressures that take place in your life, and can really screw up you routine. It's perfectly normal. After things settle down your body will kick back into it's normal routine, or adapt to the new one, and you'll be eating normal again.
