other newbies????
Heya! Just thought I would put a call out to other "beginners" like myself.... thought it would be cool to try and keep up wioth each other and provide encouragement- trade tips and info- and stuff. Sometimes I think it helps to have others in the same situation to talk to to help get through the times when you are bumming about having so far to go etc. Its great to have advice and guidance from those farther ahead which is equally valuable but its also good to have a few around who are at the same level. ALSO ARE THERE ANY GUYS OUT THERE THAT STARTED OUT WITH A NATURALLY THIN BUILD? I always see these before and after pics of guys who were beefy or fat and then they take some suplement or whatever and then the after picture shows this totally cut up huge guy- I am hoping to hear from some guys like me- it would be encouraging to hear some "success" stries that I can relate to.....THANKS

Hey G2L,
I'm not a beginner but I have been a lurker for far to long. So I guess that kind of makes me a Nub! Anyway, my best advice for you at this stage is to first fill you cabinets and pantry with these to items. Motivation and Commitment. Then concentrate on a clean diet, exercise, enough sleep, and supplements. Trust me without the first two... you will not ever train properly, although you'll eat the food it will all vacation down south. You got to have the will power to be in the gym even on those days you really don't want to be there. Best of luck to you in pursuit of the covenant MASS appeal. |
