WELL I AM NEW SO LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MYSELF. I AM 29 YRS OLD, 6'2" TALL, 230LBS AS OF YESTERDAY, AND I'M GUESSING ABOUT 10-12% BODY FAT. I HAVE BEEN LIFTING ON AND OFF FOR APPROX, WELL SHIT SINCE I WAS IN SCHOOL PLAYING BALL. I NEED YOUR HELP FOR MY FIRST CYCLE. I HAVE READ ABOUT EVERTHING THAT I CAN READ ABOUT A.S. AND EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT BEGINNER CYCLE. I FEEL THAT I HAVE A GOOD BASE AND I AM PRETTY STRONG. THIS IS WHAT I WANT FROM THE CYCLE. I WOULD LIKE TO CUT MY BF DOWN SO I ACTUALLY HAVE A SIX PACK. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO GET MY WEIGHT UP AROUND 250 AS I WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME MASS. ESPECIALLY TO MY UPPER BODY. YOU KNOW I WANT THE HUGE NECK, CHEST AND I WOULD LIKE TO PUT AROUND 2-3 SOLID INCHES ON MY ARMS. IF YOU COULD ASSIST ME WITH YOUR WISDOM IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. ALSO I DONT HAVE A PIC YET BUT I WILL TAKE ONE AND GET IT POSTED SO YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS.

Whoa buddy, Take a deep breath and relax. You really need to step back and decide what you would rather do. Try and gain those 20 pounds, which isn't going to happen with that first cycle, remember that even with good post cycle therapy all of your gains are not going to stick around for the long haul...If you want to cut up then there are different steriods that you want to look into. Figure out what some realistic goals will be and then post a good cycle and let it get critqued.

i agree- no way in the world ur going to gain 20lbs net and lose bf in a single cycle. maybe max gain of around 8lbs with bf reduction.

Good advice SWOLE. Bro there's a big difference between Cut and Mass cycles.... while you gain muscle with a small drop in BF%, you'll more than likely gain some BF% on a MAss cycle. Gotta pic what ya want more, abs or Mass. And since summer is almost over, i'd go for the mass.... you can always mass up through next year, then cut once you have a good size of say 260-275#s..... then cut for next summer. Just my.02.

a couple of things bros. sorry about the cap lock and also i know there is a big difference between the cut cycle and the mass cycle. what i was asking is if you knew of a cycle that i could use that would add a good amount of mass and still keep the body fat to a very low percentage. i appolagize for the confusion. i have decided to just go for the mass cycle. i am considering test and d-bol for an 8-12 week cycle. i am not too keen on the injections but i guess i will get over it. i also realize that i am not going to be able to add 20lbs of solid mass on the first cycle. i appolagize for the wording that i used to open this thread.
any insight would be helpful and thanks for replying. |

alright bro, now you are thinking. You can use the dbol at 30mgs a day to kick start your cycle, the test won't really get working for the first 4 weeks anyway. Run some test enthanate at 500ml a week then 3 solid weeks of post cycle therapy. Don't worry about the needle brother, that first shot is the one you have to get over then you'll be laughing at what a big deal it wasn't.
p.s. Mass cycles are always the way to go....least that's what the guy in the mirror tells me. |

Ok, here's a good one, considering you have any AAS experience. If not, then maybe it can be revised to fit you better.
Wks 1-4 Dbol 35mgs ed Wks 1-12 Test Enanthate 750mgs wk Wks 1-10 EQ 600mgs wk Wks 10-14 Winny 50mgs ed Wks 13-14 Clomid 100mgs ed Wks 15-16 Clomid 50mgs ed Then have Nolv on hand in case of gyno, and if not needed, you can add 20-40mgs ed during post cycle to help Nat.Test Recover. Also maybe add Liquidex at .5ml ed throughout to help manage Estrogen. If that is too complicated, then just do the Test/Dbol/EQ for the stated times and amount. |

I would aslo say to keep your diet very clean as to not add any unnecesary fat.

test, dbol and tren enth if you can get it. from 230 you may not hit 250 but the gains you get you'll look every bit of it.
