Looks good Al, just throw some tuna, fish, and lean beef in there for a little variety. Give me a couple of days and I'll throw up a list foods you can pick and choose from for even more variety.

Hey Flat ill be waiting for that post with other foods for me. As far as the shakes go I ordered the regular Isopure. They have 25 grams of carbs, 50 protein and 300 calories with minimal fat. I ordered 2 cases of them! Thanks for the help guys, damn I wish one of you lived in Miami, it would be so much easier!

I know I should do cardio on an empty stomach. But I wake up around 9 or 10 and dont make it to the gym till 11 or 12. Is there something I can eat so it doesnt sit in my stomach while I work out? Another question. How much fruit should I eat if any at all, I know its all simple sugar.

Apples, grapes, watermelon, catelope...they'll do fine!!!! As for eating something that won't sit in your stomach...I like a cup of brown rice before the gym, and a protein drink...These will give you the needed energy and aminos to fuel the muscles during a workout!!!
