I was bad today. I had 3 eggs, scoop of peanutbutter, 1-6 oz chix breast, and a 7oz burger no bun no nothing. I need to eat more but on the Atkins your appetite goes away. What should I do?

Bro, screw the diet...EAT to GROW!!!! Hit your cardio for an hour first thing, than hit the weights...eat a moderate complex carb, high protein diet....and train hard....by doing this you'll lose the weight and add lean muscle!!!!
Just remember this, don't put too much emphasis on the scale..by lifting and eating good..you'll lose BF, and gain Lean muscle (muscle weighs more than fat) so go by what your eyes and body tell you!!! If you wanna eat it, within reason eat it...get your 6-7 meals a day, and lift your ass off!!! IMO the Atkins diet is bullshit!!! |
