Post Valium question...

Does valium have an actual purpose in bodybuilding on or off cycle. Read that it reduces cortisol... is this true?

Any comments/experience?

People use it to sleep better, you can't grow without sleep. Same reason people take GHB.

i does reduce cortisol...but it unfortunately has a long ass half life, so it typically makes you sluggish in the morning if taken for sleep. also, it is extremely adictive...
ghb is da bomb imo...and it also stimulates gh release...

man i got a little off messed up on those things my last cycle but i seen no downsides besides they're addictive and i was eatin at least 5 a day. wouldn't advise that i just had a problem at the time. they're good for their purpose but watch yourself like ai said highly addictive.

The half-life of valium is extremely long...one of its metabolites is 200hrs. This can cause sluggish performance in the gym since it hangs out in the bloodstream forever. Not to mention the possible addiction.

GHB is too far overboard for me and the addiction potential with that stuff is high. It causes a serotonin rebound that causes an anxious type of feeling after about 2 hours of dosing. The cure? More GHB of course. If you ever wake up and are unable to sleep in the middle of the night after taking GHB before bed this is the serotonin rebound. I would stick to the blue tops for your growth needs.

I can't image wanting to work out from the after effects that Valium causes. I won't even take somethings at night anymore becuase I feel like crap the next day regardless of taking my Provigil at higher doses.

Valium has no effect on protein synthesis nor does it have any interactions with the non-stimulant genre of supplements.
