Post Protien shakes/ Eating a meal *HELP*

Sometimes I dont have enough time to either Eat a full meal or have the stomach to take down all that food. As stupid as this might be, if I were to take a shake (N'large) which holds 52g of protein and 600 cal per 4 scoops. Would that be equivilent to having a meal? or should I still be eating that meal?
I get so hot sometimes that I can't eat anything but just want to drink stuff. Will I be still getting enough protien etc from the shakes as I would with food?

I'm on a bulking cycle so that's why I ask.

Thanks.

Hey Man, I know what you mean out there in the heat working, but still "try" to get 2-3 good, clean, fiberous meals and my suggestion is to only replace 2-3 meals a-day with MRP's. And plenty of water, at least a gallon. But hey thats me!

thats funny "ivan."
i am not of much help when it comes to AS, cause im still a beginer in that department. however when it comes to fitness and nutrition, i know my shit. Seems to me that if you are on AS, then the more protien the better. NLarge is a great product, i have put many of my clients on it, and it gained them good weight. I personally love my food. I eat about 3 meals a day, then in between those meals i will have 2 or 3 more shakes. depending on the day and how much excersize i am getting, those 2 or 3 shakes can be full meal replacements, or high protein/low carb shakes.

I always go with the Following Mix for a Post Work out Shake:

2 scoops Isopure (Chocolate)
2 scoops Nitro Tech (Chocolate)
2 scoops GNC Weight Gainer (Chocolate)
2 tsp Flaxseed Oil
2-3 cups of Milk
1 table spoon of Peanut Butter
2 cups of Low Fat Frozen Yougert
1 teaspoon of Glutimaine

DONT TRY TO MIX THAT ALL AT ONCE. A buddy of mine did and it fried his blender, hahaha. Anyways, there is WELL over 150-175mg of Protein in this drink. And it tastes just like a choclate shake. Oh yea, I also add chocolate syrp too.
