One good way might be to do your cardio in the morning on a nearly empty stomach. (you will want to drink a protein shake beforehand to help preserve muscle tissue)
as for the cardio itself, interval circuit training appears to be best and it is a hell of a lot less boring too! You could start off on the stationary bike for 12 minutes varying the degrees of intensity and not staying up near your max heart rate for more than a couple minutes at a time, after those 12 minutes switch to the treadmill and do the same intervals on that, 12 minutes later try out an elliptical trainer or whatever else suits you. This varitey of different machines and intensity levels takes out some of the monotiny, and forces the body to burn more calories than those fat ladies that stay on the treadmill alone and go 3 miles an hour the whole time. 36 minutes and your done, you can do that easily bro! Good Luck!! ![]()

Oh yea, definetly keep the protien up. It will help you keep your muscle which will keep your met. up. And furthermore, protein is not easily converted into fat by the body but does help fill you up!! Hard to beat that my man!
