i've always had a pretty firm stoamach with pretty defined abs but over the last few months i've got a layer of fat that i need to get rid of, its nothing big but it is sligtly covering my abs.
i've neglected my abs and have never really worked on them, but i'm going to start training them from now on, how often should i train them? know any fat burmimg AS or any good supplements that will help?

Lets see, Leg raises, crunches, side bends, jogging, swimming, and you can hit abs everyday imo....DRUGS: Clen/T-3, DNP, and proper diet!!!

i know, i've not been doinga great deal of cardio in recent months, but i will be doing pretty soon and my diet is spot on at the moment!
