What is a good supplement that I can take to avoid muscle cramps? The apst couple of days I have been getting cramps in my hand, feet, shoulders and calves. I know its due to the Keto (Atkins) diet im on at the moment. With this diet there is a build-up of acid (dont remember which one) in the muscle which causes cramps. I am drinking plenty of water to try and flush it from my system but as of yet no luck. Any advice?

Zinc helps and so does Calcium Tabs! Potasium I get enough of thru all the Portein shakes I drink on a daily basis. But if your eating all your protein as tattoo stated then you will need some additional potasium
