I take flax allmost everyday, seems to make things move through the pipes a little easier when on a lot of test. Just started on Ala, I used to be on the milk thistle kick. Now I'm starting to question its importance.

I eat flax seed bagels, and bread. And I also used some flax oil in most of my cooking. I even throw a spoon or two in my protein shake. It doesn't taste the best, but has great benefits.
