eca stack

hello, anyone have hard evidence of a friend or them selves having lost a considerable amount of weight with just using any eca stack?(good company brand ofcourse)i have knowledge of supplements and training ....just like to hear true stories, thanks

Ive lost 80 pounds so far. I mostly use Xenadrine which is an eca but I have also used the seperate supplements they both work great.

In how long did it take you to lose that much weight Big Al.Ive used hydroxycut and I lost 15lbs in only 3 weeks.

It's also sometimes cheaper/easier to "build your own" e/c/a stack... If you live in a state where you can buy real Ephedrine HCl, (I used to buy Kaizen brand when they sold it here in California...) then stack

1 Ephedrine tab (25 mg)
1 No-doz (200 mg caffeine)
1 Bayer aspirin (325 mg).

Primatene Tablets contain 25 mg Ephedrine if you can't find it by itself. Stack the Primatene with the No-doz and the Bayer and shazam, homebrew e/c/a.

Eca stacks have always helped me in preping for my shows wouldnt be without them.

ok, thanks guys(been thinking about them, im like the linebacker type...strong just to lean out a bit)eighty pounds? did you diet down also with that?(did you eat salads all day or make small eating changes?)and did you guys sleep good on the eca stack?(did you guys take full dosages?)

I had no problem sleeping. When I took Xenadrine as my ECA I was taking about 4-6 a day depending how early I woke up. When I was taking the adtual ECA stack I would take it twice a day. As far as the weight loss im keeping it under 20g of carbs a day. You loose your appetite after a couple of weeks. Hope this helps.

There is only one reason that I kind of dont like E/C/A stack is because when I was taking them I rarely would eat.I sometimes would only eat once a day because I had no appetite whatsoever!I figured eca stacks work because they make you not want to eat!Thats just my opinion though.
