I have heard a lot of positive talk about CLA (conjugated lineolic acid). It has a lot of science behind it regarding its fat burning and muscle promoting benefits. So much talk, from considerable sources, that I picked up a bottle for myself. I haven't really noticed anything but then again that was only one bottle. Has anyone gave CLA a whirl or are on it now? Does it work or is it just hype? I'm supplementing with different stuff like mad cause I'm trying to stay as natural as possible w/o drugs.

Yes man, Cla is not very good at all. Studies are great and it does work, If you take alot! You would be better doubling up on your fat intake of EFA's and Fish capsules. It is just not worth the money man. That and HMB. E-mail me if you have any questions. And I can go into more detail as of why. Hope this helps man. William

Yeah that's what I heard that in order to see results you have to take a lot of the stuff. It is however good for you because it supplements natural nutrients into your diet that has been "removed" so to speak due to advances in farming technology.
