I just ended my football season in high school football....and I want to get ready for college ball....The D-1 college hasent sent my work out and wont until I graduate....So I want to start to work out on my own....Il admit I do have some fat on me...I want to get some of it off....but I want to gain alot of muscle....I just want to know on some opinions....I want to start takeing Cell-Tech,Animal Pak,Animal Methoxy Stak and Animal Cuts.....Is This fine???Also How should I cycle all this???Should I add other things or takeing things out??? Please Help!!!

well for the most part if you want to get bigger you really only need three basic things in my opinion. you will most definatley need to up your protein intake of course so the main thing you need to find is a good protein supplement. i prefer the ones that have other things in with it like glutamine and BCAA's,but thats just me. ive been using pro complex and really like it. once youve got that a good creatine supplement is good too, i see you picked out celltech. ive used that too, good stuff. ill be switching over to phosphagen soon just to give it a whirl. after that a good meal replacement is a must too, since youll be needing the protein and calories as well to grow. just remember to use supplements for what they are, supplements. your diet needs to be top notch to give you a good base to grow from. all that other stuff your looking at is good but honestly youll make the gains on your own without those with hard work and a good solid diet. its once you hit the plateu that you should start looking at taking other stuff. why spend the money on all of that when youll do it naturally to a point,on your own is the way i look at it. like i said, once you hit that sticking point then its time to look around and see what else you can add to your arsenal to get you to the next level. just my 2 cents, take it or leave it. i wish you the best of luck. sounds like your doing the right thing by taking your workout into your own hands to get ready.

dump the cell-tech shit.. since you have some fat on you it will make you look like a ballon.. stick with just a basic creatine powder or the creatine titrate..also bro take glutamin also at least 10 grams a day of creatine and glutamine.. when you wake and when you are done working out..but t do not take at the same time for that they are both cell volumizers and they will fight for positions in your muscles!! no try to intake as much protein as possible bro.. pro-complex is on of the best tasting powders out there but it is very expensive.. so if you have the funds go for it.. also train hard and sleep alot bro and you will be set.. to burn some of your fat do sprints and well it will also help for football, aqnd of course o drills for footbal, they will work like cardio!! best of luck bro and may you rule in college!!
