Post HELP.....do ya know???
Does anyone know where I can find a web site that has a nutritional chart on it. I am wanting to find a chart so I can look up the nutritional value of any food/ingredient that I am cooking. I am starting on a real strict diet, as soon as I can get everything I need set up. Any info would help... Thanks guys... <img border="0" alt="[wave]" title="" src="graemlins/wave.gif" />

Not sure how much trouble you want to got to bro. But if you want to do the work tables with cals, protein content, vits, etc are availiable on most every food or food ingredient at <a href="http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR15/wtrank/wt_rank.html" target="_blank">http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR15/wtrank/wt_rank.html</a> These are charts that you download with Acrobat Reader, they are sorted alpha or by content. Both can be helpful on a very strict diet plan. Let me know if you have any difficulty locating the site.
