How many people at the gyms you go to suffer from I.L.S or in other words Imaginary Lat Syndrome? I swear im sit there and laugh see a guy thats 6 ft and weighs 150 soaking wet walking around like he has huge lats. I.L.S. is becomeing a huge epedemic at our gyms. <img border="0" alt="[insane]" title="" src="graemlins/insane.gif" />

I love seeing these guys in the gym, they crack me up. They are usually wearing a "wifebeater" and a pair of Abercrombie shorts.

every damn time i go to the gym bro!!! and the other day i guy at gold's did like 35 sets for his back, the prob was he didn't weigh over a 180 at 6ft 3inch about.. he was funny because he never moved anything heavy.. and he was walking around like he had a basketball stuck under his arms

Diet is going well, I kinda went off track during Thanksgiving. I gave thanks everyday thur-sun! But im back on track now.

I think I might have had a touch of that, is there any medication to combat it? I also had a case of WITM(watching in the mirror)but it ran its course and now I'm fine. J.R.

tff... I guess that even if I had it I would not say I did...lol. I guess that before you can get rid of a problem you have to realize and accept you have one...hahahhaahha
