its only been 20 minutes of lifting and I'm out of it! I felt fatigue and a real bad headache when I force myself for the extra rep...and no its not overtraining becuz I last lifted 2 days ago. I'm not sick or anything either I just feel so tired for no reason at all! It fucking sucks cuz I feel like I haven't accomplish anything 2day. Probably take a whole bottle of caffine pills might work! What do u guys do when u feel an early fatigue? do u keep going or do u quit?

Might be lack of sleep....if so get some more rest! What else are you taking? Anything new? Sometimes that'll do it.....just your body adjusting. Eat right, take your vitamins, get 8 hrs of sleep atleast and hit the gym hard! good luck

Do you have any changes in your diet lately? The best thing you can do is listen to your body. It knows whats best for it. If it continues go see a Doc it could be lack of vitamins or blood pressure. Just listen to your body.

Poping a bunch of caffine pills won't do it, if your out of energy and can't get up the energy to go thru your training session, sip on some Ultra fuel or a carbo force. It sounds to me as if you might be carb depleted and a little dehydrated!! How much water are you drinking per day? And how many carbs are you consuming postworkout to restore glycogen levels?

I work out in the Early morning around 5 a.m. so if I feel like you do I either go do some cardio or go home and come back later when my energy is up.

I think LUCKY is right too...if it persists try eating some complex carbs an hour or so before you hit the gym..it should help with your lifts.
