Creatine Loading Question
Right now I am on my bulking cycle and want to get the best bennifits I can out of my supplements also. I have been Creatine loading for the last two weeks at 25 to 30 grams of creatine a day. Can someone recommend if I should descrease or increase since I am out of my loading phase. I know they say to reduce after the loading phase but do to the aas being involved and the massive abondance of Creatine I am sitting on would it bennifit me to just keep up the intake. Any advise would be a great help.

No need to stay at a dose of creatine that high. A rise in androgen levels should also increase the synthesis of creatine in muscle tissues.
I always drop down to between 5 and 10g per day when on cycle.

Good advice
Yeah definately drop the amount of ceatine once you have loaded...or you might be taking more trips to the toilet than usual...lol
