Creatine is very cheap so it can't hurt. Just because you are 36 doesn't mean that your ready for Anabolics, you said so yourself, give it time and research some more and you will be ready (I get caught up saying "well two years from now I want to look like this", fuck all that take it one day at a time). It looks like your on the right track, but if I were you I would get my diet detailed as in write out a plan as well as a workout log and keep your weights increasing. Creatine is a great supplement if you resond well to it, just be sure to drink plenty of water which it looks like you are doing. What are your workouts like? Cardio? I think 40/40/20 diet is a good starting point for anyone trying to lose, cut carbs accordingly. If we could get you to proofread and a new keyboard you would be golden
