I was looking at all the TOP CHOICE Supplements earlier and wondering which one to choose ...
Sesamin? Epistane? Smash Pre-workout? Help me, guys. Which are the supplements you can't go without? |

Im not a fan of prohormone products.. and I think most fat burners are overpriced caffeine... Ive used NO explode recently with good results. I usually do pop a couple caffeine pills pre workout. I really couldnt live without my protein though- 9-10 scoops a day!

Epistane was great for me. As far as Nitric Oxide goes, I like supercharge from Labrada

I have used Tribex, and also Methyl 1-D and have had great results

Whey, BCAAs, multivitamins, niacin,C, E, and Fish oil. Can't go without those for sure....oh , one of my favorites is Parrillos Cap Tri - MCT oil (all other MCT is junk).
