Weight/fat Loss And Creatine
I Am Currently Trying To Cut Fat And Weight But Am Confused Whether I Should Eliminate Creatine From My Supplementation Or Lower It Or None Of The Above. I Have Had Guys At My Gym Tell Me All Three So You Can See Why I Am Confused As Hell! I Am Currently Getting My Body Off Of Fast Food , Soda And All The Good Things In Life But For Obvious Reason. My Diet Consists Of Carbs For Breakfast And Pre Work Out And Lean Protein Meats And Green Salads For Lunch And Dinner. In Between Each Meal & Pre/post Workout I Have A Whey Protein Shake. My Workout Consists Of 45 Minutes Evry Other Day Cardio And 20 Minutes Cardio And Weights The Other Days. I Workout With A 5 Day On 2 Day Off Split But Get At Least 20 Minutes Cardio Every Rest Day. Am I Even Close Here Or Do I Really Need Some Serious Help? Any One Willing To Help Me Out I Will Be Very Grateful! Thank You All In Advance.

Big Chuck, creatine can increase fat gain a bit.
If you use it keep the dose low and take breaks from it imo.

Thanks Shine But Can You Possibly Give Me An Idea Of How Low To Dose And How To Break. This Is A New Game For Me And I Truly Have No Damn Clue Only What I'm Being Told From Guys In The Gym Who Are As Bad Off Or Worse Than I Am!

My trainer told me to cut the creatine when in cutting fat cycle.

I would def cut your creatine out completly on a cutting cycle. I feel it holds more water and other substances your not gonna want during your shred training.
