Best supps for recovery
Which is/are the best supp(s) for recovery? I need some b/c I'm getting older (birthday in less than 2 weeks
) and I realize that I have aches and pains whenever I push myself too much at the gym (which is .. every day). |

The use of any nitric oxcide supplement will not only help give you a better pump while working out, it will help your recovery time. NO-xplode is a good one and so is the xyeince brand nitric oxcide supp. And bannan's are a good nateral way of helping recovery. Eat alot of them throught out the week and it will help you out as well. They will also help against muscle cramping.

I take at least a couple motrins on days I train for my beat up body... lol... If anyone had a hookup on adequan(cartilage rebuilder) they would be my best friend!!!

shit.... 5 screws between both my knees and I still squat in the 500s for reps every other week and leg press just under a ton for reps! So many guys in the gym see me do that shit and say "I used to... but my knees" or "I could do that, but my knees" or "I wanna workout with you bro, but my knees" and I point out my scars and tell em where to go for some vagisil.

I have 4 screws in each knee, half a knee cap on the left side, No cartilage on the right side and 2 ligaments that are stitched together to keep them from tearing in half again. I can rep with 780lbs. But it messes with my knees so bad that I kept having to take time off. So I hang between 550 and 600 and just to extra reps now.

^^ try workin with some elastic bands... bodylastic has an awesome set that Terrell Owens sponsors. Im telling you 30 reps with some heavy duty elastic bands will give you a pump you never felt before!!! Plus theres zero impact on joints ligaments and tendons.
