Guys, since SHINE isn't around anymore, could somebody tell me how to run Letro to get rid of some bloating? Thanks.

Letro stops the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. By lowering the estrogen, you in turn lower the bloating. Similar to arimidex and aromasin, different than nolva in that nolva only blocks the action of estrogen (most notably in breast tissue). Biggest nock on letro is that it shouldn't be taken together with nolvadex, on its own it does an excellant job.

I didn't know there was another mod around here (beside SHINE and G. Nice to meet you.
I intend to take Nolva to drop some lower bodyfat but now you tell me that I shouldn't take Nolva and Letro together. I'm confused ...

you can take em but nolva reduces letro's effects by some 20% or more.
Being androgen sensitive is where your extra water is coming from as well.

Your best bet is to use an AI in my opinion Letro is the best. Here is the best way to describe the difference between some of the products out there.

SERM – Selective estrogen receptor modulator. These drugs work by binding to the estrogen receptors and flooding them in a sense, making it difficult (but not impossible by any means) for estrogen to bind to the receptors and thus prevent the onset of estrogen related side effects.

Most common forms: Tamoxifen (Nolvadex), Clomiphene (Clomid)

AI – Aromatise Inhibitor. These drugs work by inhibiting the aromatization of estrogen. This means that in effect AI’s prevent androgens from converting to estrogen, again, making it difficult (but not impossible) for estrogen to reach receptor sites.

Most common forms: Anastrozole (l-dex, a-dex), Exemestane (aromasin), Femera (letrozole).

If your having issues with bloating an AI will help drmatically with water retention

I forgot to add, SERMS and AI work differently.... but both will regulate, stop or slow estrogen production and or conversion, which can have an effects on water bloating or retention. Please correct me if im wrong guys! I hope this info helps.

I have always wanted to try Letro but haven't so far. I'm running Nolva and Proviron right now. Thanks for the info!
