Creatine
I don't know if it's related but I have stomach upsets and bloating now that I started running creatine @ 10mg daily. Do I need to half the dosage?

HAHA its pretty easy once you get used to it. I do it with my glutamine and amino acids too. A little pinapple juice helps...
