I used EAS creatine- I have tried a few different ones and for some reason they are all the same to me...I put it in with my protein shale and the taste of the creatine is covered up by the flavor of the shake- whixh brings me to the protein I use- I have been using EAS Gain, which is whey protein and it has carbs it too- the shitter is that it has aspartame in it- I don't like aspartame so I am going to switch- I ran out of that and in a pinch bought EAS's Simply Protein- which is just whey protein and since I need carbs too I bought Twin Labs 1000 which has whey protein and carbs- and I have been mixing the 2 together- all I can say about Twinlabs is it tastes like SHIT- real chemically....nasty nasty nasty. So once I run out of that I am hoping my gym gets some EAS Gain back in stock...plus I realized that has creatine in it already so I wont have to buy that seperately...

Best Creatine
In my humble opinion, I think Creatine IS Creatine and purchasing very expensive or very cheap, it is still the same. The important thing is HOW to deliver the creatine to the muscles and there are endless ad's for one way or another, but the research I have read suggests a carb-protein shake after workout with creatine, helps bring it into the muscles. Alpha-lipic acid may also assist delivery.

I have the same question but also what is the best way to take creatine? Tablets or shake? I am looking at the GNC brand? What do you guys think? Looking for really low sugar.

I suggest if you want to use it just buy the pure powder and mix it with anything remembering that if it doesn't desolve it can cause stomach irratation. you can buy the powder for $20 for 300 gr. all over the place. J.R.

Best Creatine I ever used was by Champion Nutrition... decent sized can was around $18, and it delivered 5g per servings... I took it 4 times a day and saw impressive gains.
Best tasting Protein imo is either Labrada Pro V-60 Chocolate, 60 grams protein per shake, or Isopures Chocolate or Strawberry Zero Carb Whey. |

Bump ... Creatine's all the same and (protein) Labrada's #1, Isopure's #2 -- and both mix amazingly well. Currently, I'm mixing Labrada with Optimum Nutrition whey, since Optimum's cheaper, and mixed the taste and texture are on target.
