I've heard that if you take Creatine for too long, it can inhibit your own bodies natural maintenance and use of it. Anyone gotta clue?

Taking any kind of supplement that your body already produces will slow down the body's natural ability of producing that certain kind of chemical, i.e. creatine, testosterone, etc. You have to cycle and manipulate what you take to trick the body into continuing to make its own to avoid negative side-effects.
