Post creatine serum

has anyone read about how the creatine serum is actually crap. i was reading that when an independant group tested it for content they found it had mostly creatinine, which is the by product of creatine breakdown. whats even worse is i bought it myself a few weeks ago.

from what i have read bro, creatine is not stable in liquid form. every article i have read on liquid creatine has said that it is basically crap. i use only the powdered form myself. money is too hard to come by for me to waste it on something that doesn't work. i have also heard of people having good results from it. i have never used it so it is not fair for me to have an opinion one way or another. all i know is that i have always had great results in the powdered form.

Man did I ever gain alot of weight from using powder. I used plain jane GNC creatine with grape juice and I put on alot of size. Then I tried muscletech and I tried liquid and neither worked. So I went back to plain old GNC creatine and didnt get really anything from it. I have heard this before from other ppl that creatine is a one shot thing and most of the gains toy'll make from it will be your first "cycle". Or frist couple cycles
