I have been using Muscle-tech, Cell-tech creatine for a while now and was just wondering if the insulin spike that is caused by this product could hinder fat loss. I know that insulin causes the body to store pretty much everything (including fat) but the label says to use the product right after working out, which I believe is a time when fat is supposed to be lost. I guess I'm alittle confused about it. Thanks for the help.

yes,the best time to take sugar is post-workout, but those 75g in that shit catches up with you and can start to make you softer around the middle. Muscle-Tech are master marketers, you would do just as well getting a quality brand powder and taking it with grapejuice. plus that celltech is so acidic- its tough drinking anyway. I did a jug of cell-tech and my abs disappeared-no shit.

crew is right. try loading it with grape or apple juice for way less carbs and sugar calories. also Weider makes ATP energy creatine, which has less sugar in it as well and is way more cheaper.

If you want a product that is similar to Cell-tech, try Cre X-12 by PVL Nutrients, Ive heard from alot of the bro's at the gym who use it and have used Cell tech that they like the CRE X-12 better and its supposed to be way cheaper
