What's better? Training 4, 5 or 6 days a week? What do you think?

I usually go back and forth between 4-5 days a week, usually 5 but every now and then I like the extra rest period so I switch to 4 days for a week or two.

I haven't found the perfect routine yet.

I hesitate between this one

Day 1: Chest, Back, Abs
Day 2: Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Day 3: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves

or this one

Mon: Chest, Back, Abs
Tue: Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Wed: Off (cardio only)
Thu: Quads, Hamstrings calves
Fri: Chest, Back, Abs
Sat: Off (cardio only)
Sun: Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps

I could follow your example, panzer and zwtich from one to the other ....

Agreed! Anything more than 5 is too much and hard on the body! Each muscle should only be trained 1 time per week with at least a 7 days before the next time it is trained. Just my opinion, you need rest to grow!

Absolutely! 4-5 days is perfect. I used to train 5 but cut it back to 4 and got better results

Cardio on off days sounds nice. If it wasn't for my Achilles injury, I would follow your routine, Mike
I have scrapped all the cardio except the fact that I walk like 6 hours a day for work but not at a fast pace unfortunately (meaning that it's not cardio).

3-4 days a week. Never more than 4 for me. Easy to overtrain, especially all the young guys on cycle these days.

I train 5 days a week. Do you guys think training 5 days straight and 2days off is too much or do you think I should throw a day off in between?
