I like eating tuna but eating it straight from the can is getting old and I really don't like it. Does anyone have a good tuna fish salad recipe?

I mix it with chopped onions and vinaigrette. Then eat it with french bread.

1.
Cut up a half an avocado (or a whole one - depending on the size) and smash it with a fork. Mix it in with a can of tuna and lemon pepper spice (or cajun spice)

2.
Throw two cans of tuna in a pan on low heat with some honeymustard sauce and low fat shredded cheese and some oregano.

If the idea of a tuna shake turns you off, there are a couple of other recipes further down.

I fill a bowl with lettuce then dump a can of tuna with light mayo on it and add some of this garlic miso dressing that was lying around my house. This fills me up way more than just a can of tuna straight but thats how I used to eat it.
Try it man it tastes great I eat 1 or 2 of them after 6 so I dont have to have a lot of carbs and it fills me up

Hell yeah, I put tuna over rice, pour teriyaki sauce on, then sprinkle some sesame seeds.
