How often do you expiriment? Recipes..
Tonight I made a Heaping pot of Chili and while it was cooking I had to cook my meat for the week. Soooo.,
I took 1lb ground Beef 1.5lbs Lean Ground Turkey 1 can (small) Red Kidneys 1 cup crushed red tomoatos 1 cup bread crumbs (to hold it together) I work so hard I can use them carbs... 2 eggs 1 chopped up onion 2 Chili seasoning packets (HOT!) Mixed it all up really good and made a burger the size of the George Forman. I'll tall ya what... It kicks ass.. Chili Burgers.. ![]() |

Somewhere here I've got a recipe for chili without meat that tastes just as good... tough to believe, yeah, but I tried using meat, couldn't even tell the difference. |

we make turkey chili alot, but off season we experiment with different things and calculate the numbers to fit a diet down program
