try this
so some times I start cooking things cuz im bord with what I eat.
most resent is....... I swear this is good take 4 omega 3 eggs half cup raw oats scoop of casien protien I use casien cuz it makes everthing thick and flufy 1 tsp bakeing powder blend in a blender till thick. I have one of those magic bullets I recamend that for any one that makes shakes best thing I ever got. spray pan I use 6x3 bread pan cook on 350 till done comes out like a cake. my wife even said it was good and she hates everything with protien in it. this meal is a lot of good cals you could eat half if you wer trying to wach cals or you could make healthy muffens or cake 540 cals-52g protien 21g fat(omega 3 fats)6.5 sat fat 34g carbs 5g fiber 0g sugar Last edited by mjfit : 03-26-2008 at 06:06 PM. |
