protein pudding
2 boxes of the instant sugarfree/fatfree pudding
2 & 2/3 cups high quality whey protein isolate (unflavored) ~30g taurine ~2-3tsp chocamine 2-3 packets splenda mixed it with a whisk to blend it all together add 4 cups milk and use an electric beater for about 2 min on it. is really smooth and perfect consistancy. tastes pretty good. the chocamine gives it a "dark chocolate" flavor. i've used 2 packets spelnda before but sometimes go with 3. enjoy! |

All I have is flavored isolate, I'll use vanill puddin with the Choco Iso and see how it comes out...

I use premaid from instone, good stuff! I have also used cytosport's muscle milk pudding, not the greatest! Feels like you are eating a blob of rubber!
I will have to try out the homemade brew! |

it may need to be tweaked a little for whatever protein powder you're using, but results are less than desirable if the whey isn't top notch... i've tried it with cheaper powders and it just didn't come out right. (taste or consistency)
also if any of you guys shop at HEB, they got a milk product called Mootopia that is a lactose free, lower carb, higher protein milk. tastes like an unsweeted milk. i love the stuff as the nutritional breakdown is much more in line with my nutritional goals. 1/2 gallon costs about what a gallon of reg milk costs but it has ~112g protein in that half gallon vs 128g protein in a gallon of reg milk.
