Oatmeal/Whole Wheat Pancakes
I use quick oats and Aunt Jemima Whole wheat pancake mix.....
1 cup WW mix 1 cup Oats 2 tsp Cinimon 2 tsp sugar sub (not needed) 2 scoops whey (if you want, I added chocolate and they taste the same) Mix all dry together... In another small bowl 1 cup ff milk 1 whole egg 1 tbsp EVOO (olive oil) Mix it together... Now add the liquid to the dry and stir, have the pan ready as soon as the mix is uniform start cooking. Makes 4 8" pancakes.. I add bananas, walnuts. Blueberries or Strawberries.. |
