Craving

Alright, I must admit that I am getting sick of the everyday normal diet of chicken and tuna and eggs. I absolutely love and am craving meatloaf.

Does anyone have a good low carb, low fat meatloaf recipe? Help!

DOUBLE J is on a distinguished road
Just start with well drained (Diet Lean 93/7) ground beef with 50% ground turkey. Use unsalted can goods when you can. Add peppers for flavor.
and drain the pan when you are finished. Season as you see fit(or normally do).

Try to use flavoring without MSG

This is probably the best you can do and still have real-ish meatloaf

With very lean beef and turkey you may want to be careful that that you dont over cook the juices out and make it too dry

No doubt. This is great especially when you throw in some peppers too (which are calorie dense).
