Protein Shakes recipes for weight gain

Traditional shake
8 ounces Milk
1 packet Carnation instant breakfast
1 Banana
1 tablespoon of Peanut butter
2 scoops of ice cream
1 cup of ice
nutritional information
calories 485
70 g carbohydrates
20 grams of protein
10 grams of fat
6 grams fiber

Strawberry weight gain shake
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of strawberry yogurt
1 packet of strawberry carnation instant breakfast
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup of non fat milk
1 cup of calcium fortified orange juice
nutritional information
calories 529
100 grams of carbohydrates
31 grams of protein
5 grams of fat
4 grams of fiber

Strawberry weight gain shake II
1 packet of strawberry carnation instant breakfast
1 cup of strawberry yogurt
1 cup of milk
2 ice cubes crushed

470 calories
91 grams of carbohydrates
21 grams of protein
2 grams of fat

Mocha Breakfast smoothie

1 banana
1 low fat coffee yogurt
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 chocolate carnation instant breakfast
1 cup of milk
10 ice cubes
nutritional information
722 calories
110 grams carbohydrates
33 grams
21 grams fat
7 grams of fiber

Cherry shake

2 cups of milk
1 cup of low fat cherry yogurt
1 envelope of chocolate carnation instant breakfast powder
1/3 cup of frozen cherries
nutritional information
551 calories
109 grams of carbohydrates
21 grams of protein
4 grams of fat
3 grams of fiber

Citrus smoothie (for hot days)
1 tablespoon of lemonade mix
3 scoops of lemon sorbet
2 cups of water

Throw two table spoons of olive oil in every shake ups the fat and cals.

Here's an old school style weight gain shake (ala Rheo H. Blair).
Blend together:
One cup of pastuerized liquid egg whites
Half Cup of whole cream or Half/Half (not the fat free kind)
One scoop whey protein powder
One scoop of ice cream

If you like Chocolate, then use chocolate protein powder with a couple spoon fulls of chocolate milk mix.

If you like vanilla, then use Vanilla protein powder with a couple drops of vanilla extract.

If you want something other than chocolate or vanilla you're on your own, because I only do chocolate or vanilla.

Tastes great and provides around 55 grams of protein and a whole lot of calories. Drink these only if you are trying to bulk and don't mind getting a little soft around the middle.

Now this will getcha some serious cals!!! I remember Vince Gironda had a very similiar shake as it seems back in the days all the BBers seemed to use alot of heavy cream/whole milk/eggs in their bulking shakes!!
