Tropical Tuna

Tropical Tuna
by n/a Ingredients
  • 2-3 pieces of Pineapple Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 can Tuna
Nutritional Information and Directions
Calories: 170
Protein: 26g
Carbohydrates: 9g

Put tuna in a bowl along with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and a some chopped Pineapple.

Have to try this one. I can hardly cook.
I usually eat my salads with about 20 pineapples and raisins in it and tastes awesome too.

I dont know if you eat fresh tuna, but I like to eat it with a pineapple relish or salsa over the top.

1/4 can pineapple (cut up into small chunks)
1 whole tomato - (chopped into small chunks)
two cloves garlic (minced or chopped)
1/2 onioin - (optional)
1 tbs olive oil
salt n pepper to taste
1-2 tbs Cilantro - fresh if possible

throw them all in a skillet and let them do their thing for about 10-15 min... pour over your tuna fillet or mix it up with your canned tuna...
