Chicken Calzones
This works well for anything you want to put in it....
You take Pillsbury Grands Wheat biscuits and roll them out individually with a rolling pin and put chicken (or other meat) in the middle along with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and some fat free cheese. Fold the sides in and completely seal the biscuit. Turn it over and place onto a cookie sheet and put a couple of diagonal slits in the top. Bake at 375 until the biscuit is brown and serve with red sauce poured over it and fat free parmesan or romano cheese. Make all eight of the biscuits and bake only what you want to eat right away and freeze the rest raw and bake them as needed. ENJOY!
