Post Chicken or Beef Stroganoff (Light)

This one is for Juicy.

1 Package of Egg Noodles (can also use the no cholesterol noodles)
1 Large onion diced small
3 cloves of garlic minced (or more its up to you)
1 Package of sliced mushrooms (do not wash!)
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
2 pound of chicken or lean meat (cut into bit sized pieces)
1/4 cup red wine
4 cups of skim milk
about 1/4 cup of soy flour or regular flour if you cant find any soy flour.
1/4 cup of regular oil (olive oil is to strong for this recipe)
Salt and pepper to taste

In a pot add milk and heat bring to a simmer, add flour and wisk well make sure there are no lumps. Bring it to a slight boil. If you want it thicker add more flour. Add salt and pepper to season milk.

Cook off egg noodles in salted water. When cooked set aside.

Add oil to a saute pan add meat or chicken and cook till almost done, then add the onions mushrooms and garlic salt and pepper. Then add the wine and (mustard-(optional) Let all the wine dry up. When the meat or chicken is done add the cream sauce. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the saute pan to get all the good brown stuff. Then add that mixture to the pot of the cooked egg noodles. Place back on stove over very low heat. Make sure its hot all the way through and serve.
